The market resolves based on the channel's video listing and each video's own "Published on" timestamp. Videos uploaded to impersonator channels do not count. If the only qualifying video was uploaded and then removed from public view before the resolution time, the market resolves NO. Mainstream news coverage may be accepted as corroboration.
